Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds:
Once your return is delivered and inspected, your refund will be processed based on the option selected in the return portal.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Sale items / Seasonal Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items discounted 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note: All holiday items are final sale. Size exchanges may be requested within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for full-priced items, subject to availability.

Gifts:
If your item was received as a gift, you can start a gift return or exchange through our return portal by selecting “Start a gift return” at the bottom.
You will need the order number and either the email address or zip code associated with the order to begin the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our end.
